Products are eligible for exchange only if:

• The product is unused and unwashed.

• Original tags are attached.

• Original packaging is intact.

• Exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Exchange is requested only for size-related issues.

• The requested size is available in stock.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Used or washed products

• Damaged products due to customer misuse

• Products without tags or original packaging

• Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Adhigai.

Once approved, customers will receive further instructions regarding the exchange process.
